2)reproduce

Clownfish lay their eggs in large batches on flat surfaces near to their host anemone, usually around the full moon. The male parent will usually guard the eggs until they hatch about 6 to 10 days later. This usually happens about 2 hours after dusk. Once the eggs have hatched the male will usually stay to take care of the young until they reach maturity.
they lay from hundreds to thousands of eggs.

6)habitat
Clownfish live in coral reefs, specifically in the tropical places of the world, such as the Great Barrier Reef, many parts of Indonesia, such as the Pacific Ocean.

7)responds to its surroundings

Clownfish live in the warmer waters of the Indian and Pacific oceans, including the Great Barrier Reef and the Red Sea.o Clownfish live at the bottom of the sea in sheltered reefs .When a clownfish is looking for a new home, it will find a new anemone and then it does this dance by wiggling its self and touching its fins on the anemone. scientist believe that the anemone sees the fish as part of itself and lets clownfish shelter between its tentacles. They are the only fish that do not get stung by the tentacles of the sea anemone A layer of mucus on the clown fish's skin makes it immune to the anemone lethal sting. They exchange safety to each other, The sea anemones produce a toxin that deters clownfish predators The clownfish will lure fish to the sea anemone, where the fish are stung by the anemones tentacles. The clown fish will eat the food scraps left behind form the anemones they are extremely territorial and aggressive fish, once they find a anemone home they do not share the space with other fish
